According to the young man, he claimed that Genevieve Nnaji purchased a dress of N98, 000 and promised to balance the remaining amount of N18, 000 but she never did. He further claimed that he tried reaching the actress many times but there was no favorable response and had no choice but to go public.
The young man was later identified as a model that goes by the name, Kingsley Ejikeme and the boutique where the actress had purchased her goods is located in Lekki.
However, ever since the debt allegation the Nollywood actress did not say a word until Wednesday, June 15, when she took to her Instagram handle to post a picture of a writing which many immediately translated to be a reply to the debt allegation.
Genevieve posting a writing which says: “Don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll both get dirty but the pig will enjoy it,” With the caption: “Always stay Gracious”
