In the 25-seconds video the duo and some other men were seen laughing hysterically at the television showing the opposition party’s mega rally.

‘So this is the final rally of APC, I cant laugh..see see see’, Deji said, laughing out loudly. ‘This is very embarrassing, everywhere is empty‘, one of them said in return.
