The reality TV beauty was hosting the latest episode of Kocktails With Khloe, and Kirk Fox's revelation left her stunned as he told the tale of the meeting on his on programme The Test.
He said: "I don't know if you know this, and I'll tell you because it's on my mind. On one of the episodes, I think I had Lamar's mistress on..."
Khloe - who split from her husband after reports he had an affair - was quick to cut him off, looking very surprised and a little uncomfortable.
She said: "We're not back together. We're not at all. I love him with every fibre of my being…but we were married and I shared that union with him.
"I didn't want for our divorce to happen, but it happened for many reasons and that doesn't mean I just forget about this person.
"I still believe in my vows of being there for him. I know it's confusing. it's very confusing. It's not a romantic place. It's coming from a place of real care and concern and love."
