Our Best Dressed Men At The AMVCA 2016

It’s no doubt that the AMVCAs is the closest thing to the Oscars in terms of production and everything on the continent and as such, we expect that the fashion game has to be on fleek, literally.
We couldn’t help but notice the number of amazingly dressed people on the red carpet this year. It seemed a lot of people had planned their outfits beforehand.
We made a list of our picks for Best Dressed men and we hope they’re your favorites as well;

1. Mike Ezuruonye

Mike Ezuruonye didn’t win Best Actor at the AMVCAs but he was easily the best dressed guy at the show just by element of surprise. He just looked so damn neat. The details on the accessories were also great and for us, he’s the winner.

 2. Blossom Chukwujekwu

Blossom Chukwujekwu decided to go all African on us and wore an Igbo Isiagu with a red cap (from Look Like A Good Man) and he slayed in it. There was something fitting about it and he was so good to stare at during the show.

3. Denola Grey

Denola Adepetun was a red carpet host for the event and did justice to this piece by Rhobes Couture.

4. Daniel K. Daniel

AMVCA 2016 Best Male Actor in a Drama looked great in his red floral blazer and black pants made and styled by Eljargo Couture

5. Richard Mofe-Damijo

Daddy Mofe Damijo did not come to play, he came to slay and did in this three piece suit made and styled for him by Taryor Gabriels.

6. Falz 

Falz won an AMVCA for the first time ever and he stylishly did it in this Sammie Couture number which is from their new collection called “Fierce and Focus”

7. Ozzy Agu

Ozzy Agu was in Mai Atafo as he interviewed the stars on the red carpet and he really does look good.

8. Jerimiah Ogbodo

Popular stylist, Jerimiah Ogbodo who is popularly known as ‘Swankyjerry’ wore an outfit from his clothing line and he looks supper dapper. Nothing like a man daring in red.

9. IK Ogbonna

IK Ogbonna wore a custom Jason Porshe Shawl Lapel tuxedo styled by the designer, Jason Porshe.

10. Mai Atafo

Designer, Mai Atafo looked like a bag of money in this blue floral jacket which we wore with suspenders. Nice neat look!

11. Uti Nwachukwu

Uti Nwachukwu looked good in this Emmy Kasbit suit.
