After Kanye rapped “I made that bitch famous” on The Life of Pablo, Swift subtly, deliciously clapped back at him when pointing out that she was the only solo female artist to ever win multiple Album of the Year GRAMMY Awards. “There are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame,” Swift said to young women everywhere. “But if you just focus on the work, and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, some day when you get where you’re going, you will look around and know it is you and the people who love you who put you there.”
