Buhari yet to fulfill a single promise, he’s only after PDP members – Hon. Thaddeus Aina

The Member representing Ekiti North Constituency II (Ido-Osi/Moba/Ilejemeje), Hon. Thaddeus Akinola Aina has declared that President Muhammadu Buhari led administration was yet to fulfill a single promise made to Nigerians during his electioneering campaign.
In an exclusive interview with DAILY POST in Abuja, the lawmaker noted that there was honour in fulfilling promises.

“They came into office based on promises made to Nigerians, but they are not keen on fulfilling those promises, and as PDP lawmakers, we have been reminding them. As I speak with you, no single project has been executed”, he said.
“They promised change, a new Nigeria where they would establish a people oriented governance, you know there is honour in fulfilling promises, it one thing to promise something and it is another thing to do it”, he emphasised.
He expressed concern that government would be unable to response to the needs of Nigerians, stating that there was no policy direction in the last 9 months.
He regretted that what the administration could boast of was the harassment of Peoples Democratic Party stalwarts, lamenting that unfortunately, their voices were not been echoed anymore because government now controlled the media.
He further asserted that there was an obvious gang up against the PDP with the aim of incapacitating it completely.
Hon. Aina called for restraint in government’s fight against corruption so that it would not look as if they were witch hunting anybody.
