Thankfully for Jose, Matilde isn't getting close to the 30-year-old Sunderland striker, who's currently on loan from Blackburn Rovers.
According to The Sun, the former Chelsea boss' 19-year-old daughter is actually dating a public schoolboy with the same name, and it seems to be going well after three months together
It is said the Matilde and her fella - thought to be the same age - jetted out to her home town of Setubal, and took the opportunity to visit her grandparents.
In December, dad Jose was sacked by Chelsea, and some fans joked he'll be remembered this season for an entirely different reason - and it's as far from the football pitch as you can get.

She joined her father on the red carpet at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London , in a daring black mini-dress, with revealing cleavage.
Now fans claim Jose's biggest highlight this season was TAKING her there.
Ouch.
One Twitter user wrote: "The best thing #Mourinho has done all year is taking his daughter to the awards with him, so not a big surprise that hes been #sacked."
While another even dedicated their Twitter page to the cause, as they wrote: "This now a Mourinho's daughter appreciation account."
It all came after the pair walked the awards red carpet together - and Matilde became a star practically overnight.
The feared former Chelsea boss did not look happy and failed to smile for any cameras as they clamoured to get a shot of his daughter. He wasn't so cold to the teenager though and in a tender moment was spotted putting his arm around her as he guided her down the red carpet.
While Matilde looked incredible in the flesh-flashing ensemble we think the prospect of facing off to dad Jose, may be a little off putting for perspective boyfriends.
It hasn't stopped the teenager being the subject of romance rumours though. Earlier last year, the teen was partying with Niall sparking speculation that the two were dating.
The rumours were denied by a representative for Niall, who said that “they’re just friends”.
While a source told the Daily Mirror at the time that they pair became close during Niall’s break from the 1D tour thanks to her dad Jose.
“Niall and Matilde have known each other for a while, but they've been spending more time together recently while he's in London on a break from his world tour,” they said.
“Niall is friends with Jose, and is a real football fan, as is Matilde, so they get on really well.
