Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha during a press briefing on the
state of affairs in Imo at his residence in Owerri yesterday said he’s
considering reducing the number of work days in the state to 3 from 5 to
enable government cut salaries.
Though, the commencement of the new development has not been
specified but the governor said the reduction of work days is to enable
workers to find additional things to do in order to support their
families because of the economic situation Nigeria is presently facing.
