Super Eagles coach optimistic of progressing at CHAN

The Super Eagles are currently on top of Group C with four points after a their 4-1 thrashing of Niger and the 1-1 draw with Tunisia

Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria is optimistic that his Team B squad can progress to the next round of the African Nations Championship holding in Rwanda.

Oliseh praised his players, calling them the 'toast' of the tournament and also revealed that his team is still getting to adapt his philosophy. 


We have what it takes to have the three points in Tuesday’s game (against Guinea). But then again, it depends on the form of the day, but I am optimistic," Oliseh is quoted to say by Cable.
We are far from where we are hoping to get to. But the boys are acting very well and it is not secret that they are the toast of the tournament.
"At the moment people are talking a lot about them and Congo. So, it’s very good for us I think.


There have been talks of Super Eagles winning the championship, but Oliseh wants to focus on qualifying got the second round first.
