FOR once it’s not Kim Kardsahian’s famous booty that is breaking the internet — it’s her face.

The reality star, 35, has been out of the spotlight since giving birth to baby Saint in December.
Now she has remerged in a selfie posted on her sister Kourtney’s Instagram feed but it’s her face, not her figure, that has left some fans confused and suggesting that Kardsahian may have had some work done.
