he Assitant Inspector General of Police in Zone 11, Mrs. Kalafite Adeyemi, has said the police in the zone have set up committees to ensure end to frequent clashes  between herdsmen and farners in the South West.
The AIG said this in an interview with our correspondent in Osogbo on Friday on the sideline of thanksgiving and awards to recognise individuals and organisations who are friends of the police in the zone.
Some of those recognised are Governor Rauf Aregbesola, Osemawe of Ondo Kingdome, Oba Victor Kiladejo; Onpetu of Ijeruland, Oba Sunday Oyediran, Dr. Nathaniel Adeyemi and former governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party in Oyo State, Mr. Seyi  Makinde.
The AIG said the police in the zone which comprises of Oyo, Osun and Ondo States were working hard to ensure there was no more destruction of farms by livestock which usually resulted into conflicts.
