Kebbi State Governor’s Wife Adopts Mad Woman’s Daughter (Photos)

Kebbi State, first lady, Dr. Zainab Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, yesterday  adopted the daughter of a mentally challenged woman who roamed the streets of Birnin Kebbi.

The girl identified as Siddiqa Bako has since been renamed Siddiqa Abubakar Atiku Bagudu. Her mentally unstable mother also taken to the hospital. See More photos below:
