They all came out in multitudes, celebrating the grand homecoming of a prince that has decided to serve and represent them against all odds as a Deputy Governor.
In recognition and appreciation of his contributions to youth development, the youths all assemble to give him an award, as they all trooped out in large numbers to commend his efforts
