Popular singer, Falz, is fast showing
that he could be a good actor too as he has made a debut in a new
Nollywood movie titled “Couple of Days.” Even as a singer, Falz is known
for his comedy skits which he posts on the internet from time to time.
The lawyer-turned-singer, puts his comic
dexterity to fore as he plays the role of a funny gateman in the movie
which also features the likes of some of the finest up-and-coming
Nollywood acts – Lilian Esoro (Clinic Matters and Secret Room), Adesua
Etomi (Brave and Fallen), Kiki Omeili (Lekki Wives and Gbomo Gbomo
Express), Enyinna Nwigwe (Black November and Silver Rain), Okey Uzoeshi
(Two Brides and a Baby and Beyond Blood) and Ademola Adedoyin (The
Island and October 1). The movie was directed by Tolu Awobiyi, alias
Lord Tanner and produced by Ayo Orunmuyi.
The story follows the lives of three couples who decided to head out on a
weekend getaway to Ibadan, however their happy break was botched which
led the partners to ask themselves – Does love really last more than a
Couple of Days?
